The F.R.E.E. Foundation is a volunteer-led non-profit that provides mobility rehabilitation equipment to help people regain their mobility and independence.

F.R.E.E. collects, sanitizes, repairs and gifts donated mobility equipment to uninsured and underinsured adults in Virginia.

 Children’s Assistive Technology Service (CATS) provides for the re-use of pediatric rehabilitation equipment and assistive technology devices in Virginia.  CATS serves as a no-cost resource for children with disabilities who need adaptive equipment and whose families have limited resources.

This team prides itself on being supportive and a sound source of information to families caring for a loved  one with a disability. They currently provide service facilitation for consumer directed services for the EDCD, DD and ID Waivers and case management for the DD Waiver for the entire State of Virginia.

SAWs© is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing freedom to low-income, permanently disabled individuals through the construction of wheelchair ramps to the exterior of the homes. Our ramps serve as their gateways to the world, re-opening the possibilities of connecting with neighbors and their larger community. Ramps provide independence and dignity.
